16th annual IF Comp

Last year I was so disappointed with the first nine games I played that I don't even remember if I bothered to judge.  The year before I entered a game in the competition, so I couldn't judge.  This year looks more promising.  I see many recognizable names among the authors.  Two of the first three games I played were worth recommending.  The third author admitted his game was unfinished, so I have only myself to blame for playing it.  I'll post my reviews here.
